Abstract

This paper applies the concepts of decentralized artificial intelligence and blockchain to the construction industry, aiming to solve issues related to trust, data transparency, and project coordination. The author proposes a blockchain-enabled platform that utilizes AI agents to automate procurement, monitor site safety via image processing, and manage building information modeling (BIM) data. The core contribution is a framework for ensuring that data provided by IoT devices and AI models is stored on an immutable ledger, preventing disputes during construction project lifecycles. The methodology involves a pilot simulation demonstrating how smart contracts can automatically execute payments upon AI-verified project milestones. The study demonstrates that this integration reduces administrative overhead and enhances accountability among stakeholders.
