## Abstract

This paper provides a systematic literature review (SLR) covering the tripartite integration of blockchain, AI, and cloud computing. The research examines how these three technologies form a powerful ecosystem, with cloud computing providing the necessary elastic storage and compute, AI providing intelligence and decision-making capabilities, and blockchain ensuring security, integrity, and decentralized coordination. The paper categorizes the academic output into key areas: data security, resource sharing, intelligent smart contracts, and decentralized identity. The study identifies a trend toward 'Serverless AI' on blockchains, where developers deploy AI models that interact with decentralized storage. The findings highlight that while security is greatly enhanced through this integration, complexity in management and interoperability remains high.
